Why the nervous system?
The maternal nervous system is more sensitive than it was before (in a nutshell) — feeling on-edge and anxious (hypervigilant) is more common

I’m an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist, Pre and Post Natal Therapist, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and Mother.
Motherhood has been the greatest initiation of my life and I have stretched in ways I didn’t think possible.
I’ve spent many years now as a therapist supporting mothers, and as a mother myself I believe this is the most crucial aspect of global health. Mothers bring forth the future generations, so nurturing mothers is the most fundamental thing we can do to heal humanity and collectively thrive.
My work and mothering is my devotional alter and I bring all of myself to it — shadow and light.
