I’m Hannah, a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher based in London. I trained with Bridget Woods Kramer, Ananda Leone and Carlos Pomeda in Bali in 2017.
My initial interest in yoga was sparked at the young age of 15. I experienced the magic first hand through attending classes with my mum and decided to deepen my knowledge of not only the asana practice, but the history and philosophy of yoga too. I try and incorporate these all-important traditions and beliefs into my classes where possible, and also my daily life.
I truly believe in the healing powers of yoga, breathing and meditation, along with other spiritual or traditional practices that complement these modalities. I spend a lot of my time exploring other methods of both mental and physical wellbeing; from sound therapy, Kirtan and ancient ceremonies, to spending time in nature to discover new ways of grounding and transformation.
I’m passionate about making yoga, in any form, more accessible to a wider range of people especially those with higher support needs, and works with some well-known charities to deliver this. I offer large and small group classes, corporate classes, and 1-1 private classes. I also collaborate with other wellness experts to run workshops in London.
