Yoga and somatic psychotherapy to support people to understand their minds and bodies better, regulate and re-wire their nervous systems, so they can manage and heal chronic physical and emotional health conditions.

I also work with women throughout pregnancy and post-partum and have trained in perinatal mental health.

I combine scientific evidenced-based techniques with ancient healing wisdom to help support people to understand their minds and bodies better so they can move from a place of suffering to a place of regulation, acceptance and self-compassion.
