I’m Hannah, a Yoga Teacher based in East London. I guide people through yoga asana practice, meditation and breath.
I truly believe in the healing powers of all aspects of yoga, along with other spiritual or traditional practices that complement these modalities. I spend a lot of my time exploring other methods of both mental and physical wellbeing; from sound therapy, Kirtan and ancient ceremonies, to spending time in nature - one of my personal methods of meditation and grounding.
I’m passionate about making yoga, in any form, more accessible to a wider range of people especially those with higher support needs, and work with some well-known charities to deliver this. I teach yoga and meditation classes in and around London, and can facilitate smaller group sessions in the workplace, for a special event or private sessions at home.
