I combine somatic therapy and talking therapy — with a specialism in perinatal therapy and the mothers evolving body and brain through this monumental transition.
I'm Hannah, a mother, and therapist specialising working with other mothers - because I believe this is the most important phase of life for women to be supported.
It's a transition that leaves many women feeling lost, simply because they don't have adequate support.
I'm on a mission to change that.

A woman’s biology and psychology also significantly change during this process — a vital aspect missing from other methods of support that don’t understand these vast changes.
