I’m Hannah, a Yoga Teacher based in East London. I guide people through yoga asana practice, meditation and breath.
My yoga training was in Anusara yoga, a branch of Hatha yoga that uniquely integrates deep spiritual teachings and precise principles of alignment into the physical asana practice. I like to teach elements of Anusara and Vinyasa yoga; expect a creative and meditative flow, moving with breath and coupled with a strong focus on alignment. I also teach more restorative therapeutic yoga, along with breathwork and pranayama techniques. I will always give time to stillness and silence, restoring your body and mind before you step off the mat.
I teach yoga and meditation classes in and around London, and can facilitate smaller group sessions in the workplace, for a special event or at home.
