HEY, I’M HANNAH

I’m an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist, Perinatal Therapist, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and Mother.

I have spent many many years learning about the intracacies of the human body and brain, and found this even more fascinating when learning about maternal biology, way before I had my son. This was mainly because of how greatly these changes influence how women think, feel and their daily lives — yet this is often overlooked, and women are expected to continue as they were before, or fit back into society, even through all of these signigicant and life-altering changes.

So, I would love to share some of this knowledge with other women who may have already had children, are thinking about it, or are simply interested to learn more.

Join me on the 20 February for a free webinar.

I am going to provide you with some of the key maternal changes to women’s biology during one of the most significant transitions of her life; matrescence.
