Hannah and Mary, two somatic therapists, yoga teachers, plant medicine facilitators and women, will guide you through your own body and soul during this 4 day retreat.

This is not just a retreat, but a training into your own bodymind using the wisdom of somatics and psilocybin.

Pre-Retreat Preparation

An opportunity to prepare your body and mind.

You will have the opportunity to speak with Hannah and Mary through a discovery call to ensure you are the right fit.

One month before the retreat, all participants will gather for an opening session (online) to prepare your bodies and nervous systems for the immersion.

An Immersive 4 day retreat in Southern Portugal: 8 - 12 October 2026

We gather in the mountains of Southern Portugal for deep exploration, connection and curiosity.

You will have a safe and grounded space to dive into your unique self as a woman — reconnecting to and reclaiming yourself through the power of somatics and psilocybin; all in an intimate group of inspiring women.

Post-Retreat Integration

We reconnect with one another 10 days after the retreat through a closing and integration session (online), so that you can continue to embody the transformation into your day to day life.

There will be opportunities to stay connected with the other women in the group, and continue this self-discovery through working with Hannah or Mary either 1:1 or in other containers they are holding.
