At times like these it’s never been more crucial to keep up wellbeing practices to support our mental and physical health. I have created a specific 8 week course combining therapeutic styles of breathwork, movement, meditation and mindfulness based practices to support your organisations wellbeing while working from home or in the workplace. All sessions are live and held on Zoom.

Yoga has been scientifically proven to support and help manage anxiety and stress, and is an ideal and accessible practice to offer in the workplace at this time. Get in touch with me for more information and to book a call.

A continuation from November’s four week course, I’ll be running another 4 weeks of Re-lease + Re-set this December. We’ll be working through the physical, emotional and energetic bodies using yin yoga, breakwork and mindfulness techniques to tune in and shift any stagnation. This course isn’t focused on ‘getting rid’ of anything; but being the witness, the observer to our internal world, perhaps shifting and creating space for what is.

Yin Yoga is a therapeutic practice based on the meridian system in Traditional Chinese Medicine, poses are generally floor based and held between 3-6 minutes targeting tension and energy build up in joints and connective tissues. There will always be modifications available and options to take more restorative postures; every session is your practice and every pose is a choice.

What to expect:

A deep physical, emotional and energetic release

Breathwork practices

Mindfulness practices

Modifications for all levels, supporting any existing injuries or areas of need

A deeper insight into the meridian system and how holding bodily postures can affect emotion and mood

Sharing circles in a safe and held online space

Access to a private Facebook group to ask any questions and share insights with one another

Every Monday, 7-8.15pm (UK time)

All sessions will be held on Zoom

Price:

£50 for all 4 sessions. Discounts will be available for those in difficult financial situations, BIPOC community and other healers, therapists etc affected by the pandemic (please email me directly if this applies to you).
